This policy describes how Woven LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal information for wovenjc.com and our apps Mighty One,Knitted, and Bible Craft (together, the “Services”).

Website (wovenjc.com)

The company site is a set of static pages. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts on it, and we do not set cookies. There is no account to create and no form to fill in.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data (such as IP address and browser user-agent) in order to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. We do not receive, store, or analyse that data as an identifiable record.

Information our apps may collect

Depending on which app you use and which features you turn on, we may process:

• Profile details you provide — for example a display name, a baby’s name, or a due date in Knitted; preferences and progress in Mighty One or Bible Craft.
• Purchase and entitlement data — product identifiers, purchase dates, subscription status, and unlock or receipt references needed to unlock paid features. Payments themselves are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Device and app identifiers — such as an app-install identifier used to sync entitlement and progress across our backend.
• Usage and diagnostics — product analytics (for example which screens or features are used) and, where enabled, crash or error reports so we can improve reliability. We aim to avoid collecting sensitive content you create (such as personal journal text) into analytics.
• Notifications — if you allow push notifications, the platform push token needed to deliver reminders you opt into (for example daily pearls in Knitted).

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide and sync the Services (progress, audio, entitlement)
• Process purchases and restore access you already paid for
• Send the reminders and notifications you enable
• Understand product usage and fix bugs
• Respond when you email us
• Meet legal and store-review obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it or use it for third-party advertising networks.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the Services. Depending on the app, these may include cloud backend and database hosting, subscription and purchase infrastructure (such as RevenueCat with Apple, Google, or Stripe), analytics, file hosting for audio or media, and email delivery when you contact us. They process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service.

Children

Bible Craft is directed at children and families. We design it to collect only what is needed to run the app. A parent or guardian should supervise use. We do not knowingly sell children’s personal information.

Mighty One and Knitted are not directed at children under 13. Knitted is intended for adults preparing for birth. If you believe we have collected a child’s information in an app that is not meant for them, write to us and we will delete it.

If you email us

If you write to [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to send — your email address, your name, and the contents of your message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.

Retention

We keep information while your install or account is active and as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may ask us to delete profile data we hold; some purchase records may need to be retained for accounting or store rules.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
